The company is currently looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to the company CEO, to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
- Make research, analysis and information presentation;
- Work with data, generate statistics and prepare business reports
- Manage and coordinate the schedule of meetings, external events, and travel for executives and, when necessary, members of their team;
- Advanced communication skills in English;
- Highly proficient in Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint) + full use of Google Drive
- Strong time management skills and highly-organized
- Analytical thinking and good research skills
- Strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
