We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, Recruiting Team Lead to join our HR Department. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition goals of our company. Ultimately, together with the HR Team, you will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain people who contribute to our companys growth.
 
Responsibilities:

- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet the organizations goals and objectives
- Guide the Recruiting Team, setting goals for the team, monitoring performance, and reporting results
- Together with the Recruiting Team, manage the talent acquisition process for all companys departments, including: IT, marketing and sales, international recruitment, and other support teams
- Participate in the workforce planning together with HR Director and Hiring Managers
- Create and manage internal and external job postings
- Source candidates using job boards, company HR database, professional networks, social media, and referrals
- Evaluate and suggest best skill assessment tools to help Corporate Recruiters evaluate candidates relevant knowledge, experience, aptitudes, and soft skills
- Represent the company and facilitate participation in the Career Fairs, Internship Fairs, and other recruitment related events in Chisinau

Your competencies:

- University degree in HR, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
- At least one year of previous HR related experience
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, and cross team collaboration
- Ability to handle confidential information, concerns, and issues with diplomacy
